Charlie began his post graduate career in the business and public sector, but despite his quick success, it wasn’t long before his entrepreneurial spirit and frustration with “in the box” thinking of corporate America, soon led him into residential real estate. Joining one of Coldwell Bankers most successful teams (Successive President’s Club recognition), he embraced the concept that 1) real estate is not a “job”, but a “lifestyle”…that means 7 days a week, 24 hour a day service to our clients, 2) every buyer or seller is our “most important client” and 3) when your prime focus is to always do what is best for the client, success brings more success as our business was built and thrives on personal referrals and returning clients who embrace the values that we promote in our relationships.
The concept that every buyer and seller is our “most important” client, means that regardless of price range, regardless of where in the Twin Cities metropolitan area our client needs to sell or buy a home, the same effort, exceptional level of service and care for our clients’ priorities are always at the heart of how we approach that transaction….whether it’s working with a first time buyer or selling a multi-million dollar home – each person’s home is their “castle” and we never take that for granted.
A lifelong Twin Cities resident with knowledge of urban/city life, surrounding and outlying suburbs and the various “lake living” options enables Charlie to provide his clients with sound advice, comparative market knowledge and a full grasp of changing conditions in the local real estate market. Every transaction is different and requires the ability to think creatively, analyze options and work tirelessly to help buyers and sellers meet or exceed their individual goals when buying or selling.
